1. Product & Customization
What size options do you offer for paper tubes/containers?
We offer fully customizable sizing to meet your specific requirements. Please share your application scenario or design blueprints, and our engineering team will deliver precisely tailored solutions.
Can I get tubes made with material other than paper?
YES! We have a great variety of materials besides paper. We can make custom tubes using cloth, leather-like, metallic, textured, and specialty papers and laminates.. We have rich experience in using materials to which work best to meet your packaging project’s desires.
Do you make push-up tubes for cosmetics/lip balm/deodorant?
Yes, we offer push-up paper tubes with an oil-resistant wax paper lining and a free-moving bottom disc—ideal for lip balms, deodorants, and other cosmetic products.
We support full customization, with a minimum order of 1000 pcs. For small batch launches with multiple flavors or variants, we can also provide kraft, white, or black tubes with custom printed stickers.
Our tubes pass leak tests, but we strongly recommend testing with your product first, as compatibility may vary. Free stock samples are available for initial testing.
Can paper tube be waterproof?
It depends on your standard of the waterproof. If no heated water, it can be waterproof inside with printed outside In good condition over 20 days at least. But if tube under moisture environment like refrigerator, it can not work.
2. Ordering & Process
What is the procedure of ordering a customized tube?
Please let us know size of tube by diameter x height, quantity, finish and other types of customization as much detailed as possible, so we can offer you a quotation.
will send you a template to fill design in. when final work confirmed and order placed, we will setup a prototype for your approval before mass production.
Shipping times depend on location and shipping method chosen. Our factory location is in Guangzhou, usually air shipment takes 7-15 days,
What is your turnaround time?
For custom orders, pre-production prototypes take about 1 week to produce.
Once approved, mass production lead time is approximately 2-4 weeks, depending on order quantity, tube structure and if tin mold available. For a tin cap molded, it takes 18 days to make a mold.
Shipping times depend on location and shipping method chosen. Our factory location is in Guangzhou, usually air shipment takes 7-15 days, while sea shipment is 3-5 weeks.
What is the minimum order for tube orders?
Our standard minimum order quantity is 500 units per SKU. This quantity ensures production efficiency while keeping pricing competitive. For first-time orders or custom specifications, flexible solutions are available – contact our sales team for a tailored proposal.
Can I get a sample?
Yes, we offer both customized samples and free stock samples, depending on your needs:

Our engineers will create a digitally printed prototype based on your tube size, style, and artwork.If we have an existing mold in stock: $55.00 per piece
If a custom mold is needed: $100.00 per size, with 5 days lead time
Free stock sample
If you only need to check fit (without printing), we can provide stock sizes for free, with shipping costs collected.Sample cost refund
When you place a mass production order, we will credit the sample fee (excluding shipping) towards your purchase.
3. Pricing & Policy
What is your payment term?
50% deposit, balance before shipment is what we usually proceed. If any concern about quality, 3rd party QC check is warmly welcomed.
If you want to pay balance after tubes received, we are pleased to proceed with Alibaba security payment.
If purchase order is big, L/C is also a good option.
If I order a second run or additional products, can I get a discount on my subsequent orders?
Yes — we’re happy to offer discounts on repeat orders, especially when the artwork, size, and quantity remain the same. This helps us streamline production and reduce costs.
If your reorder differs in design or specs, we’ll need to recalculate the price accordingly.
For larger volume orders, we can offer even better pricing.
To help you save long-term, you may also consider combining quantities for multiple launches into one bulk order.
What is your return policy?
For custom orders, since all tubes are made to your specifications, we don’t allow returns. However, if you’re unhappy with your order and feel like we didn’t do a great job, please contact us and we’ll do our best to rectify the situation.
4. Shipping & Quality
How do you keep our tubes safely during international transportation?
We follow strict packaging procedures to ensure your tubes arrive in perfect condition:
Each tube is individually packed, especially for black or gold-foiled designs, to prevent scratches or damage.
Tubes are tightly placed inside K=K grade strong shipping cartons.
Pallets are reinforced with over 2mm thick square corner protectors to prevent impact damage.
For mixed SKUs, we avoid mixing leftover tubes from different designs in the same carton.
To prevent movement, cartons are stuffed with foam or wrapping paper as needed
Why do some caps fit tighter and some looser?
Due to the nature of paper-based materials, slight variations in cap tightness can occur during production. Factors like humidity, paper density, and manual assembly tolerances may affect how snugly a cap fits.
We strive to maintain high consistency, but small differences are normal and won’t affect functionality or product safety.
If you’re concerned about fit — for example, needing a looser cap for ease of opening — let us know. We can adjust samples or offer custom fitting solutions based on your product needs.
5. Eco & Safety
Are your paper tubes food-safe for direct contact?
Our tubes utilize food-grade adhesives and contact-safe inks, designed for non-direct food packaging of dry goods (e.g. pet kibble, table salt, coffee beans). Industry best practices recommend combining sealed inner pouches with our tubes as exterior packaging to optimize product presentation.
Are your tubes eco-friendly?
Yes — though it depends on how you define “eco-friendly.” We believe in transparency over greenwashing.
All our stock tubes are reusable, recyclable, and biodegradable. They’re made from 100% virgin pulp paper, with no plastic at all.
For custom tubes, we always recommend the most sustainable solution that balances eco impact with functionality.
If you’re using tubes as secondary packaging, we suggest uncoated kraft or white paper with soy ink and no lamination.
For primary packaging (e.g. food or cosmetics with direct contact), plastic-free solutions are more limited. In these cases, moisture- and oil-resistance may require minimal lamination or liners.
However, we are actively exploring greener alternatives like biodegradable films, soy inks, and greaseproof inner liners for solid products like lip balm or deodorant.
