Shipping
All custom tube orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Orders placed after 10 AM on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
Shipping times depend on the destination and the selected shipping method. You will be able to select your preferred shipping option during checkout.
Please note that all VAT, customs duties, and import taxes are not included in the product price. Unless pre-paid during checkout, these fees will be collected upon delivery.
Returns
For custom orders, as all tubes are made to your specifications, we do not accept returns. However, if you are not satisfied with your order or feel that we have not met your expectations, please contact us. We are committed to resolving any issues and ensuring you are happy with your purchase.
